For a healthy coexistence and care of the properties, it is necessary to have policies that facilitate your stay and comfort as well as the guest who follows you.

OUR POLICIES

Pet policy

We love pets as much as you do, for this reason at Estancias Jimac a maximum of 2 small pets is allowed; in case you have a case different from that of this policy, do not hesitate to call us.

Maximum occupancy policy

For the Jimac house located in Tepatitlan our policy is 4 people, with the right to add only 2 more people to the reservation with an extra cost per person.

For Casa Natura our reservation is for a maximum of 8 people with the option to extend it to 12 people with an extra cost per person.

Check in policy

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out policy

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond

 the checkout time.

Rates/policies

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. 

Cancelations policies

Cancelations prior to 30 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund of the deposit less a $25 processing fee. Failure to cancel prior to 30 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.
